Refund and Returns Policy

At IFRA Fashion Home, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made on our website. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Accessories (such as jewelry, belts, etc.)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly. Any price difference will be settled accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
